"You're site is very professional. Thanks for whatever you do have out there. Your directions were so easy to understand. What a nice service you provide. Thank you." "I just wanted to say that your bike buying guide was very informational and definitely helped me sort out all the mess when shopping for a bike. I hope you keep updating it because it's a good resource for potential buyers out there." Ben

The summer is coming again and with it, the traffic on this site. I would like to get feedback from you to get a better feel of your needs and expectations as you reach this site. Take a few minutes to drop a line or two about what you would like this site to talk about or new content to be added. I appreciate your feedback. Marc Bernatchez

If you are knowledgeable about bicycles, this site is the place to help others by contributing new content as well as to help complete content found on this site. If you see a section with a "To be completed..." comment on it, feel free to edit these pages and add things that you would think is relevant to mention for the particular topic of that section.

I have begun integrating a shopping store section on this site with various items I feel are useful to any cyclist reading the pages of this web site. My focus is to promote products that I would personally recommend. You can see the initial shop items under "Shop bicycle and equipment" on the left bar menu. Feel free to leave a comment with your impressions on this new service. Regards,

I would like this site to reflect our visitors by giving you the opportunity to contribute with your own photos of bicycle riding trips and such. The selected photos will be used to replace the current bicycle seen at the top of this page header. The photos must be yours and / or not copyrighted. It can be anything that relates to showing people cycling on a sinuous road with a nice landscape view on the background. Let your imagination and creativity free and impress us! Let the best photos win. Note: I may do a montage of many photos if it sounds possible.

After a long period of low update rates, I finally got some time to put on this web site. This sounded like the perfect time to introduce an all new and enhanced web site as the summer is coming for many of our readers. This new site will provide improved functionalities like discussion forums so that you can ask your questions or help others making the best use of the bicycle season.

As the summer is coming for many of us, the web traffic for this site is rapidly increasing and I am definitely pleased of that situation. Nevertheless, section 4 of the "After you buy" topic still has to be done. I hope to remedy to that situation soon as the topics it addresses will most probably be of great use as many bicycle enthusiast start to ride everywhere on the planet. I wish I had more spare time to do more on this web site as it is a great locomotion method (the best from some studies) ... and fun as well! Stay tuned. Marc Bernatchez

It has been a long time since my last update on this site and I apologise for this situation. There is still a lot to do and I hope to find some (rare) spare time eventually to complete the missing sections and add what I had promised below. I will add to my existing to do list to add a section about safety. It may sound a boring topic to many ;-), but it is nonetheless a topic sometimes overlooked which can transform a pleasant biking day into a fatal one. All the best to you all for this year 2006 and ride safe. Marc Bernatchez

I plan to add a section talking about bicycle accessories in the next few months. I also have plan to add a section that talks about how to prepare a cyclo-tourist / trekking camping trip, with many tips and caveats to avoid. Lastly, I plan to add a section talking about riding techniques to optimize your performance while keeping the fun factor as high as possible. Stay tuned. Your inputs are welcomed if you would like to see other things discussed on this web site.Marc Bernatchez

This site is still under heavy construction. We are aware that there are still many errors in the text. Please bear with us as we correct the situation. We plan to add a discussion forum to this site so people can share information, comment on bikes brand and models, send us feedback about the site and more. Stay tuned! Marc Bernatchez |
